The Story

Why custard? Well, who doesn’t love custard? Inspired by his culinary experiences and travels, Chef Walter has selected his favorite custard-based pastries and desserts to serve on The Custard Cart. He shares his lifelong passion for cooking with everyone he meets. Chef Walter is professionally trained with a degree in Culinary Arts and Culinary Management from the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan. He is also a practicing attorney and resides in Haddonfield, New Jersey, with his wife and two sons.

All Natural

Great products start with great ingredients. Each treat we make uses the highest quality, all-natural and organic ingredients including grass-fed milk, pasture-raised eggs, and minimally processed sugar. The Custard Cart coordinates with regional farmers whenever possible and features local fruit in our seasonal offerings.
